On the one hand, the section of the 35th Street is modified by reducing the road's width in order to increase the sidewalk and, thus, promoting commercial ground floors.

On the other hand, a parking building is transformed showing its structure and opening a promenade.

Some ceiling openings are projected so as to ensure sunlight in the building.
