I. CONNECTIONS

Permeable park providing connectivity and continuity to the city unlike the city's proposal, in which the park  acts as a boundary, a limit.

The main roads exceed the park at street level, secondary ones connect the upper and lower part of the park by cutiting it across and becoming part of it by following its topography.

 

II. DIVERSITY - POROSITY

The first floor is a public-private transition place with communal areas, workshops and offices.

To ensure its use, the access to the housing units will not reach the street floor. 

On upper floors the typological combination brings formal diversity to the façade.

 

III. COMMON INDOOR YARD WITH PRIVACY

The common area takes a leading role extended and clarified by the different levels.
