Due to the narrow façade, we increase the building's skin guaranteeing natural ventilation and sunlight.

Thus, a passageway is opened comunicating both sides and with dwellings located all along.

To intensify the gesture, the ground floor follows a waving line that requires crossing the central space and, at the same time, provides privacy.

 

In the first floor, an outdoor terrace -neighbours' use only- is generated related to the passageway. Only one of the two elevators can be taken from the ground floor in order to encourage the usage of that terrace and therefore facilitate interaciton.

 

In the housing units the principle is not only the flexibility and ambiguity of its rooms, but also the focus on meetings.
